Because of PCB is customized product，JLH TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD accept order cancellation before the product is reviewing or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced or shipped out.

Returns

Because the PCB is a custom-made product, each product is produced according to the customer's design gerber file, if it is because JLH TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD do not produce according to the customer's design gerber file or remarks, or the production quality does not meet the IPC standards or the customer's requirements for advance remarks, We accept returns or refunds,and then customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, JLH TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
